Marieta M. Taylor 74 of Morgantown passed from this life Saturday, September 23, 2017 at the Piketon Nursing Center. She was born May 31, 1931 in Indiana the daughter of the late William W. and Editha Mustard Martin.
She is survived by her son Robert Justin Carman; grandchildren, Robert Brent Carman, Jared Roy Carman, William Scott Carman, Jasmine, Gage, Macie and Braydon Taylor; brother, Larry Martin; uncle, Lester Mustard and her dogs, Gracie and Butters.
She was preceded in death by her son, DeeJay Taylor.
Marie attended the Morgantown Church of Christ in Christian Union.
Funeral services will be held 1 pm Friday, September 29, 2017 at the SMITH-MOORE-EBRIGHT Funeral Home, Bainbridge with Rev. Charles Elliott officiating. Burial will follow in the Gardner Cemetery. Friends may visit with Marie's family from 11 am until the time of service Friday
